Responsibilities:
Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Manage front desk activities, including scheduling, patient registration, and handling phone calls.
Maintain patient records and manage confidential information with discretion.
Facilitate effective communication between patients and healthcare professionals.
Process payments and handle billing inquiries.
Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; further training in office administration or related field preferred.
Proven experience as a receptionist, ideally in a healthcare environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in managing electronic health records and office software.
