Overview
I am seeking a highly organized, detail orientated assistant who is able to interpret information and act accordingly. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive work environment. This is a flexible position and would work well for a school-age mother seeking extra income.

Responsibilities

Able to handle various projects and research various programs and websites as well as ensure our HR files are in compliance.

Skills

Proficient in computer literacy with experience in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Previous experience in Behavioral Health/Medical office or HR is a plus but not required.
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

Job Type: Part-time

Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week
