Essential Functions and Primary Duties

* Function as administrative liaison with internal and external clients

* Administer special projects as requested; communicate status

* May conduct research; produce reports

* Effectively operates all department equipment and software applications

* Execute administrative duties as assigned

* Additional responsibilities as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

* High School diploma or GED required;
Bachelor’s degree preferred

* Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of an organization, both internally and externally

* Proficient use of applicable technology

* Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
