We are seeking a proactive and courteous Front Desk Executive to be the face of our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all front desk activities with a focus on providing excellent customer service and administrative support. From welcoming guests and managing inquiries to coordinating office activities, the Front Desk Executive plays a crucial role in creating a positive first impression and ensuring smooth operations.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.

Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel.

Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects a professional image.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.

Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.

Provide information about the company, its services, and products to visitors and callers.

Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and special projects as needed.

Uphold company policies and procedures while demonstrating a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
