Full Job Description

Responsibilities: – Manage the front desk operations and ensure smooth daily operations – Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner – Provide exceptional customer service and address guest inquiries and concerns promptly – Handle guest complaints or issues effectively and escalate when necessary – Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure guest satisfaction – Oversee the night audit process and ensure accurate financial reporting – Train and supervise front desk staff, including scheduling and performance management – Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Requirements: – Previous experience in hospitality or hotel management is preferred – Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills – Strong guest relations skills with a focus on delivering exceptional service – Proficiency in hotel management software systems (e.g., property management systems) – Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively – Knowledge of front desk procedures, including check-in/check-out processes and night audit procedures – Multilingual skills are a plus, especially in languages commonly spoken by guests We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
