Best Western in Grass Valley is looking for a Hotel Front Desk Clerk.
Hotel experience is a plus and Customer Service Skills are a must.
Shifts are as follows:
Shift A is 7am – 3pm; Shift B is 3pm – 11pm; Shift C is 11pm – 7am
We are looking for:
GREAT customer service skills. Professional Appearance is a MUST.
Basic computer skills are required. Must be able to navigate websites, trouble shoot internet issues, etc. with guest, and fellow team members. Must have cash and credit card handling experience with privacy and confidentiality in mind at all times.
Must be able to work alone or in a team environment while completing tasks in a timely manner with attention to detail and multitasking. Must be a great communicator, verbally and in writing.
