Phoenix Trailers is an industry-leading custom boat trailer manufacturer with locations in East Jordan, MI, and Decherd, TN. We build a full line of painted and aluminum custom-bunk trailers and pontoon trailers, serving dealers from across the country.
We are looking for an Office Manager to help with daily bookkeeping tasks, customer service and human resources. The right candidate will possess a friendly personality, is an expert inQuickbooks and Microsoft office, has great work ethic and is a team player. The ideal candidate would possess at least 3 years of prior experience.
Primary Responsibilities:
Accounts payable
Accounts receivable
Human Resources
Directing phone calls
Other administrative filing and tasks
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED, College degree a plus
3 years of bookkeeping experience
3 years of Quickbooks experience
3 years of experience in Human Resources and personnel management
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to use Microsoft Office, most importantly Excel and Outlook
Job Type:
Full time 5 days a week, 8 hour shift, M-F in East Jordan, MI
Salary:
Starting salary $21-25/hr with opportunity for increase at 90 days and 1 year
