Job Summary
Customer Service Representative/Data Entry Clerk to assist our Sales Manager with Data Entry converting Leads to Orders within our ERP system. Will communicate with customers via email and phone to help them resolve issues, give status updates, answer general queries, etc.
Education and Experience
High School Diploma – or the equivalent (for example, GED)
Position Overview
1st shift: 8:00AM to 5:00PM Monday through Friday

Skills
Communication – Speaking with others to receive and convey information effectively. Ability to read, write, and understand written instructions and explanations.
Knowledge of Computers and Electronics – Knowledge of circuit boards, processors, chips, electronic equipment, and computer hardware and software, including applications and programming.
English Language – Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
Attention To Detail – Ability to work efficiently and effectively with a minimum of errors. Will assist with double-checking entries by coworkers for errors.
Self-Starter – Willingness, desire, and ability to work independently with little oversight. Drive to seek out and complete work needing to be done without being assigned.
