The ideal candidate for this position
Provide exceptional customer service experience on the phone and in person.
Responsible for ensuring 100% satisfaction from the moment a guest arrives at the hotel until they check out.
Assist guests with Reservations, Check-In, Check-Out, and other inquiries
Option of training to cover Night Audit shifts for any call outs/vacation time. Working Night Audit shifts will qualify for a higher hourly wage.
Maintain cash bank per accounting guidelines.
Maintain positive working relationships with others
Ability to multi task and handle stress in busy periods
The ability to input and access information in the property management system and/ or point-of sale system
Follow all company policies and procedures
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by management
Maintain effective communication within the front office and with all hotel departments.
Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards
Job Requirements
Must be able to work weekends and holidays
Dependability and punctuality is not negotiable
Possessing strong written and verbal communication skills
Previous hotel front desk experience is preferred, but not required
