Duties
Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and inviting demeanor.
Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction.
Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications using hotel management software.
Answer phone calls promptly, providing information about the hotel services and local attractions.
Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner.
Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are stocked and accessible.
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
Uphold confidentiality of guest information and adhere to hotel policies.
Assist in administrative tasks as needed, including filing and data entry.
Qualifications
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette.
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests.
Familiarity with front desk operations in a hotel setting is an advantage.
Proficient in using phone systems and hotel management software.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
