Front Office Admin Details
Temporary position
$ 19.00 to $ 22.00 / hour
Full Time work available
First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 04:30pm )
Notify relevant employees when visitors arrive.
Organize the reception area while complying with office procedures, rules, and regulations.
Answer calls and route calls to the respective team member
Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.

Strong communication and organizational skills
Works well with others and can multitask
Customer service oriented
Great attention to detail/Proofreader
Proficient in Microsoft Office software
Applicant may be subject to a background check
