Our growing team is looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented, full-time Administrative Assistant to provide excellent customer service, have the ability to be personable and can remain professional, sound pleasant in person and on the phone! This role will represent the company at all times and have direct communication with our clients and all team members.

The position is Full Time, Mon-Fri in our North Augusta office with some rotation of weekend coverage, you must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all listing files, enter new listings into MLS, edit listings as directed
Greet customers and guests
Manage phones with excellent customer service/phone skills
Maintain supply inventory
Keep office area open to the public neat & orderly
Marketing and Photography as needed

Qualifications:

Technologically savvy and able to learn new programs quickly
Have excellent attention to detail and high-level accuracy with documents
Flexible in daily routine; able to prioritize and manage shifting responsibilities
Able to assess, prioritize and act quickly
Deadline driven and extremely organized
Open to new ideas and systems
Able to stay calm and patient when faced with emotional situations
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; can empathize and build relationships with a variety of personalities
Have great written & verbal skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Desire long-term position (1 year or longer)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in time management
A true professional, who supports the entire team in achieving their goals by being a team player

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour
