Front Office Administrator Position Summary The Front Office Administrator serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and callers. This role is responsible for managing front office operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring efficient communication and document processing.
Key Responsibilities Answer and route incoming telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner. Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate staff member or department. Receive, sort, distribute, and process incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Record, log, and prepare checks received for deposit according to company procedures. Maintain accurate records and filing systems. Assist with general administrative and clerical duties, including data entry, copying, scanning, and document preparation.
Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed. Schedule appointments and assist with calendar management when required. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area. Support other departments with administrative tasks as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous administrative, receptionist, or front office experience preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment. Professional appearance and customer service-oriented attitude. Pay $20-$22 KPG
