Full Job Description
We are seeking a customer service oriented individual for our front desk position. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a critical role in representing our company and ensuring that every patient receives exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome patients in a warm and friendly manner
Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records of patient interactions
Address customer concerns and escalate to management when necessary
Multi-task and prioritize tasks to ensure all front desk duties are completed in a timely and efficient manner
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Other administrative duties
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service experience required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
