The Dermatology House is full-service Medical and Cosmetic Dermatology practice in Park City, Utah. Owned and operated by Dr. Kelly Stankiewicz, The Dermatology House offers a close-knit family culture with an opportunity for personal and professional growth.
Our busy medical office is seeking a Medical Receptionist/Patient Experience Coordinator to help support our team. The ideal candidate is someone who loves working in a fast-paced environment and has a genuine interest in the field of dermatology. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing the patient experience process, from initial contact to post-visit follow-up, and will work closely with the medical staff to ensure that all patient needs are met.
Responsibilities:
Uphold clinic values and caring standards
Warmly greet patients
Check patients in and out
Patient registration, including entering and updating insurance information
Answering and triaging patient phone calls
Scheduling patients and managing waitlist
Opening and closing down front office area
Collecting co-pays and cosmetic service fees
Managing and maintainging skin care product inventory; knowledge of the products we carry
Maintaining a clean and comfortable clinic enviroment
Other duties/assignments as tasked
