Front Office Coordinator (Part‑time 12 pm – 5 pm)
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors, answer calls, and create a warm, professional first impression
- Manage front‑desk operations including visitor check‑in, security badges, and key distribution
- Partner with the Facilities Manager to maintain a safe, compliant, and well‑functioning office; support building safety protocols (emergency procedures, visitor security, incident reporting)
- Coordinate meetings, room bookings, and schedules to optimize space and team efficiency
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception and meeting space environment
- Support internal teams with administrative tasks and special projects (data entry, coordination, research, Canva designs)
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with timely communication to recipients
- Serve as a liaison between visitors (vendors, candidates, partners) and internal staff
- Assist with coordination of office events, meetings, and team gatherings
- Oversee Healthy Food Market operations including ordering, stocking, and receiving deliveries

- Comfort with Microsoft Office tools and project management platforms (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, SharePoint, One Note, )
- Physical ability to bend, twist, and lift up to 25 lbs
