Joe Hillman Plumbers, Inc. of Davie, FL is seeking to hire a full-time Data Entry Assistant to join our team. Our Data Entry Assistants typically work within the hours of 7 am-4 pm, Monday-Friday, including a 1 hour lunch. You must also be available to work on-call after hours/weekend on a rotating schedule. This position comes with a competitive wage of $17-$20/hour. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A DATA ENTRY ASSISTANT

n

As a Data Entry Assistant, you spend much of your time at the computer maintaining database by entering new and updated account information. Transferring data from computer and paper into our company database. Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost. Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents. You will also manage employee cell phones, troubleshoot issues, and use the MDM to send apps and updates to the new phones. Your responsibilities will also include customer service. Employees and clients alike depend on you for accurate information! QUALIFICATIONS

Data Entry experience
n
Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Suite)
n
Excel experience- Intermediate to Expert level use
n
Excel experience to include Macros, Pivot tables, Formulas (VLOOKUP, Index + Match), Data extraction (left, right, mid, search)
n
Familiar with how to use and create mail merge using Excel and Word
n
Attention to detail
n
Ability to work with time constraints
n
Command of English both oral and written and customer service skills
n

Previous plumbing knowledge and experience is preferred, but not required. Bilingual abilities are a plus! Do you have great attention to detail?
