Dealership Executive Assistant job summary

Are you an excellent planner and organizer with strong administrative assistant skills? We’re hiring a dealership executive assistant to support our automotive group’s sales department and key executives, such as the office manager. As an executive assistant, your primary responsibility is to improve efficiencies, problem-solve, and carry out all administrative duties. Enter Inventory, invoices, Loan Processing, DMV documents processing and Funding support. You will need to set schedules, carry out dealership plans, and ensure meetings happen on time. Put your organizational skills to work, keeping files and expense reports accurate. Dealership experience is not required, but our ideal candidate should have administrative support experience, excellent communication skills, and outstanding customer service skills. Pay: $16.50 – $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
