“`Job Summary“`
Powerhouse Diesel is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented front office/online sales support associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the shop and online sales with the ability to earn a commission in addition to an hourly rate.
“`Responsibilities“`
– Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
– Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
– Assist with data entry and order entry tasks
– Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
– Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
– Handle parts inventory
-Respond to emails
– Order parts as needed
– Package and ship parts orders
– Possible work with social media posts such as facebook, instagram and tik tok
“`Requirements“`
– Proven experience in customer support/online sales or in a similar role
– Excellent organizational and time management skills
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy
– Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
– Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
– Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
-1+ year Experience with inventory management
-Must be proficient with computers
– Previous experience with inventory
– Must be on time everyday
– Must have reliable transportation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $750.00 – $1,100.00 per week
