We’re looking for a Front Office Receptionist who’s warm, professional, and can manage our front desk with the same precision as a Formula One pit crew.
Who You’ll Work With:
Jet, our Rockstar Barista, who whips up magical lattes that make Mondays bearable and serves the best cocktail snacks in town.
Vijay, our Customer Happiness Officer, whose warm smile can light up any room and make every guest feel like a VIP.
Amir & Richard, our imaginary F1 legends, who inspire us to manage our customer journey with speed, precision, and a touch of adrenaline!
A diversified, high-energy sales and sales support team—multilingual, multicultural, and somehow still managing to work together (don’t ask us how).
A finance team so competent, they make dealing with crypto payments look like child’s play.
A leadership team, including our Chairman, that’s always within reach—for both clients and internal teams.
What You’ll Do:
Be the face of IRTH Group—greet and assist visitors with a welcoming smile.
Answer calls, manage inquiries, and ensure smooth office operations.
Keep things running like clockwork—coordinate meetings, manage supplies, and support internal teams.
Create an unforgettable first impression for clients and colleagues alike.
What We’re Looking For:
A friendly and professional personality—someone who makes people feel welcome.
Strong communication and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative tools.
Prior experience in a front desk, reception, or customer service role is a plus.
