We are expanding our team and looking for a dedicated Full-Time Assistant to support our growing community and business operations.

Role Overview:
As a Full-Time Assistant at Tiny House Listings, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our business operations and community management. This role requires a versatile individual who can manage a wide range of tasks from processing financial paperwork to assisting with property management and customer service. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about the tiny house movement.

Key Responsibilities:

Finance and Paperwork:

Process financial documents, applications, and contracts with accuracy and confidentiality.

Assist in managing invoices, payments, and financial records related to tiny house sales and community management.

Property Management Assistance:

Support the management of tiny house communities, including tenant relations, maintenance coordination, and compliance with regulations.

Contribute to the development and implementation of community guidelines and policies.

Customer Communication:

Act as a primary point of contact for customers regarding the status of their tiny house builds.

Address customer questions and concerns promptly, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience.

General Administrative Support:

Perform a variety of administrative tasks including scheduling, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.

Tackle ad-hoc projects and tasks, effectively managing priorities and deadlines.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in administrative roles, customer service, or related fields.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a dynamic environment.

Familiarity with finance-related paperwork and basic accounting principles is a plus.

A passion for the tiny house movement and sustainable living.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems.
