Job Summary: As the first point of contact for Hartmobility customers and partners, this role is crucial to delivering outstanding support, effectively resolving issues, and ensuring an overall positive experience that upholds the company’s reputation. This includes evaluating and refining the processes that govern customer interactions, identifying bottlenecks, streamlining workflows, and implementing best practices that ensure seamless service delivery. This role requires effective communication skills and adept problem-solving. Professionalism and discretion are paramount, as is commitment to Hartmobility’s values and vision.
Responsibilities:
o Order Management: Process orders, returns, exchanges and invoices efficiently while ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
o Respond promptly to customer inquiries through phone, email, live chat, and website channels. Strive to exceed customer expectations, fostering positive relationships and brand loyalty.
o Maintain accurate customer records in CRM and Inventory Management systems, with an emphasis on shipping in-stock items within 24 hours.
o Provide customers with information and guidance on product features, billing inquiries, order status, and other relevant topics.
o Promptly resolve customer complaints and product issues and escalate them to appropriate leadership when necessary.
o Prepare weekly sales reports, track new opportunities, and completes tasks assigned by Hartmobility leadership.
o Compile and deliver customer feedback to relevant team members for continuous product and service improvement.
o Continuous improvement: organize, and document SOPs, tasks, and processes that represent all duties and responsibilities of the position.
o Product Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of SafetyGrip® products to provide accurate information and recommendations.
o Support Business Development Team: Coordinate and execute trade shows and assist in supporting initiatives across multiple vertical markets.
Requirements:
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service role.
– Strong verbal and written communication skills.
– Excellent problem-solving, task organization, and time management.
– Familiarity with CRM systems, inventory management, and Excel.
– Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience working with Odoo inventory management, CRM and Sales functions.
– Eastern Time Zone (work schedule)
