We’re looking for a highly detail-oriented, process-driven professional to join our team as a Funds Processing Administrator. This is a critical back-office role responsible for ensuring investment transactions are executed accurately, efficiently, and in full compliance.
What You’ll Do
You’ll take ownership of the end-to-end transaction process, including:
- Processing trades (purchases, redemptions, switches, transfers, rebalances)
- Reviewing and validating documentation for accuracy and compliance
- Submitting transactions through FundSERV/Dataphile
- Managing NIGO (not in good order) items and resolving processing issues
- Handling account setup, transfers, and client updates (KYC, banking, etc.)
- Tracking workflows and ensuring all transactions are completed on time

Qualifications
- Experience in financial services or investment processing
