Responsibilities
1. Office & Facility Management
- Manage office spaces, leases, maintenance, and equipment
- Oversee seating arrangements and workplace ergonomics
2. Procurement & Asset Management
- Manage Real Estate & Leasing
- Purchase and track of office supplies, furniture, etc.
- Maintain inventory records, manage vendor relationships, and facilities
3. Event & Travel Coordination
- Organize company events, meetings, and internal ceremonies
- Manage business travel, including bookings, expense claims, etc.
4. Health, Safety & Security
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and emergency protocols
- Coordinate access control and visitor management
5. Internal Services
- Support document control and archival procedures
- Handle general company-wide communications and notices
6. Other General Tasks as Required
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher and relevant experience
- Strong documentation and communication skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Proficiency in English
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 year or more of related experience
