Scope of Work :
Control and manage office procedures and operations related to GA & IT properly
Initiate system for procurement and maintenance Company Assets, equipment’s & office building
Analyzing the needs of office facilities.
Ensure the cleanliness & tidiness of the work environment (workspace, lobby and all areas of the company).
Ensure software, IT networking & IT support working properly
Responsible for development and maintain standard & policies (SOP) for GA & IT
Responsible for employee satisfaction with GA & IT facilities (handling complaints; analyze IT ticketing)
Initiate and control budget for GA & IT
Create strategy to make running projects in GA & IT more efficient & effective
Ensuring good service from selected vendors by analyze existing & prospective vendors
Create an effective & efficient way to control and manage schedule the work of GA&IT Team, include Helper/OB & Driver
Create weekly report for GA & IT works
As Point of Communication to Management related GA & IT
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in IT (preferred), Business Administration & Management
3-5 years of experience in a General Affairs in management level
Strong understanding of office procedures and operations
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Plus Point if you :
2 – 3 years of experience handling projects for GA or IT
Having experience managing Google Workspace
Experience for IT Infrastructure (preferred using Linux)
