2. Office Supplies and Procurement
- Purchase office operational needs such as stationery, work equipment, pantry supplies, and cleaning materials.
- Prepare purchase requests and coordinate with suppliers/vendors.
- Monitor stock availability and inventory levels.
3. Company Asset Management
- Maintain records of company assets (computers, vehicles, furniture, and other equipment).
- Prepare asset inventory reports.
- Manage asset usage, borrowing, and return processes.
4. Operational Administration
- Manage operational documents and records.
- Prepare operational expense reports.
- Maintain proper filing of invoices, vendor contracts, and company documents.
5. Vendor and Supplier Management
- Coordinate with vendors for services such as cleaning, security, maintenance, and logistics.
- Ensure vendor services meet company standards.
- Evaluate vendor performance when required.
6. Company Vehicle and Business Travel Management
- Manage company vehicle usage schedules.
- Monitor vehicle maintenance and service schedules.
- Assist with business travel arrangements.
7. Security and Office Cleanliness
- Supervise security and cleaning staff.
- Ensure office cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company standards.
8. Company Event and Employee Support
- Support preparation of internal company events.
- Assist with meeting, training, and employee activity arrangements.
- Provide administrative support to other departments when needed.
