Part-time Administrative Assistant / Customer Service
Unitex is currently seeking a PART-TIME Administrative Assistant production facility in Mount Vernon., NY.
Schedule: Monday – Friday from 12:00 to 5:00 PM
Compensation: The salary for this position is $25 per hour. Actual compensation decisions are based on factors such as experience, seniority, location, and other permissible job-related factors.
Job Summary & Responsibilities:
Customer service – heavy phones
Data entry
Greeting visitors and walk-in applicants
Filing customer visitation logs
Participation in route settlement
Daily distribution of reports
Vacation coverage for route settlement
All other tasks as deemed operationally necessary
II Preferred Experience and Skills necessary to perform this job:
Proper phone etiquette
Attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Time management
MS Excel/Word knowledge & experience
Associate’s degree preferred
Two years or more of related experience
