About The Role

The Gold Club Admin is primarily responsible for broker accreditation for Home Loan, running of the Home Loan and Auto Loan Gold Club for Real Estate Brokers and broker’s database, and providing support for the monitoring reports pertinent to broker production and Gold Club journey.

Duties And Responsibilities

Processes broker accreditation for Home Loan brokers. Reviews Broker’s Application, uploaded documents in Process Maker and details encoded in Process Maker.

Request of report from MIS for Broker Productivity for Auto and Home Loan brokers.

Monitors and updates Home Loan broker’s status and incentive in PMT CMS accurately.

Timely reporting and checking of accuracy of broker status incentive payout for Home and Auto Loan brokers.

Performs email endorsement to branch of opening account by Home Loan brokers.

Monitors endorsed accounts vs actual accounts/account details in Process Maker for Home Loan brokers.

Sends report for Home Loan broker’s status based on extract vs details in PMT CMS.

Maintains an accurate report on the MIS of Home and Auto Loan Broker Productivity Tracker, Gold Club Journey such as but not limited to updating of broker status, monitoring of promo for brokers and incentives and release of incentives, etc.

Handles sending out reminders for Submission of Sworn Statement and Certificate of Registration among others and is responsible in collating submitted docs to the concerned unit for Home Loan brokers.

Updates Expanded Withholding Tax (EWT)/ Tax Rate in PMT CMS for Home Loan Brokers.

Assists in the processing of corporate sponsorship and event requests for giveaways for both Auto and Home Loan products.

Requests from E-source all related products and activities such as but not limited to the Annual Awards night of Gold Club Members, Townhall and other Employee Engagement Activities.

What We’re Looking For

With at least 1-2 years of relevant experience

With bachelor’s / college degree open to any field of study

Well versed in excel, pivot, and also analysis.

Highly organized and is effective in interacting with brokers and internal clients

Willing to work on premise in Makati Head Office

Able to communicate effective with all levels of the organization and external parties Keen to details
