Job Purpose
Deliver high-quality customer service to members and guests by handling golf bookings, registrations, and related services efficiently. Ensure a smooth and pleasant experience while maintaining a professional and positive attitude at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle reservations and bookings from members and guests.
- Manage and update membership and handicap records accurately in the system.
- Arrange and coordinate flight bookings, buggies, and caddies as required.
- Process payments and ensure all transactions are handled accurately.
- Maintain proper filing of complimentary bookings and golf reservations.
- Assist in coordinating golf tournaments and related events with supervisors.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to enquiries in a professional manner.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in customer service or front desk operations is an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to handle booking systems.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
