Job Title: Golf Services Assistant / Front Desk

Job Purpose

Deliver high-quality customer service to members and guests by handling golf bookings, registrations, and related services efficiently. Ensure a smooth and pleasant experience while maintaining a professional and positive attitude at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle reservations and bookings from members and guests.
  • Manage and update membership and handicap records accurately in the system.
  • Arrange and coordinate flight bookings, buggies, and caddies as required.
  • Process payments and ensure all transactions are handled accurately.
  • Maintain proper filing of complimentary bookings and golf reservations.
  • Assist in coordinating golf tournaments and related events with supervisors.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to enquiries in a professional manner.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
  • Prior experience in customer service or front desk operations is an added advantage.
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to handle booking systems.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
