Position Summary
Reporting to the Assistant Dean of Enrollment, Marketing, and Communications, the graduate enrollment manager supports enrollment efforts, generates applicant leads, and serves as prospective students primary point of contact.
Primary duties for graduate enrollment manager include:
Recruiting, advising, and corresponding with master’s and PhD applicants
Representing and presenting graduate programs at virtual and in-person events
Engaging in travel, both domestically and abroad, to represent the School at fairs, conferences, and on-site visits
Planning and delivering on-campus, virtual, and regional information sessions for prospective students
Recruiting, training, and managing student and alumni ambassadors
Administrative and clerical work related to enrollment operations
Corresponding regularly with prospective students, documenting interactions, and compiling data on funnel performance
Making extensive use of CRM software (i.e., Slate) to engage, track, review, and support prospects and applicants
Managing assigned cohorts throughout each step of the admissions funnel, from prospect through matriculation, while providing holistic, student-centered advising
In addition to recruitment responsibilities, the graduate enrollment manager will support the team with day-to-day office functions, event planning, and coordinating on-campus enrollment activities. The graduate enrollment manager will also track correspondence with prospective students, advise the team on applicants to the School, and identify third-party entities for potential articulation and/or cost-sharing agreements that may increase graduate enrollment at Korbel.
In conjunction with colleagues in the Office of Graduate Enrollment, the graduate enrollment manager will ensure that all applicants receive the utmost care and attention as befitting an elite institution of international studies. To this end, the graduate enrollment manager will work to maintain the holistic, student-centered approach to strategic enrollment management as practiced at Korbel.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of study and experience
3 or more years of experience in admissions, recruitment, customer service, student affairs, or other area of higher education
