The State Highway Administration’s (SHA) Office of Planning and Preliminary Engineering (OPPE) is recruiting for a Team Liaison (Administrator II) position in Baltimore City. This position is open to anyone who meets the
minimum and selective

Nature of Work: The Grants Project Manager will assist the Grants Team Leader with activities of federally funded grant programs including Recreational Trails (RTP), Transportation Alternatives (TA), Congressionally Designated Spending (CDS), and Scenic Byways (SB). Responsibilities include providing technical assistance, monitoring projects for compliance, educating project sponsors, reviewing project applications, maintaining project databases, and conducting site inspections.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Five years of administrative or professional experience
Two and a half years in grant administration or monitoring grants (selective qualification)
Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills
Experience with federal grants and regulations
Leadership and project delivery skills
Time management and organizational skills
Experience working independently outdoors
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
