We are looking for an experienced Group Operations Data Lead to drive end-to-end data enablement for strategic Group Operations initiatives. This role will be responsible for designing and governing global data solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, data standards, analytics, and AI capabilities across multiple Local Business Units (LBUs).
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead global solution design and develop data blueprints
✅ Ensure compliance with data architecture, governance, quality, lineage, and acceptable use policies
✅ Drive reporting, dashboards, analytics, and AI data requirements
✅ Coordinate with LBU Data Teams for implementation and local adaptations
✅ Guide data pipelines, ingestion, quality controls, and canonical data mapping
✅ Oversee UAT data readiness, deployment, and ongoing governance
✅ Collaborate with Group and regional stakeholders across multiple countries
🔹 Required Skills & Experience:
✔️ 10+ years of experience in Data Lifecycle Management, Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Architecture, Metadata, Master Data, and Data Risk
✔️ Strong understanding of analytical and operational data stores, AI/ML data foundations, model governance, and data readiness
✔️ Hands-on experience with Azure or Google Cloud platforms
✔️ Experience managing teams of Data Analysts, Data Architects, and Data Modelers (4+ years)
✔️ Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills
✔️ Experience working in federated environments and multi-country delivery models
✔️ Insurance or Financial Services domain knowledge (Party, Policy, Claims, Advisor, Health data models) is highly preferred
