Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Head of Administration & HR to lead and oversee all administrative and human resource functions within our real estate development company in Dubai. This role requires a strategic leader who can manage approvals, HR operations, procurement, PRO functions, and other administrative processes while ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Administration & Operations:
Oversee and streamline administrative processes, ensuring efficiency across approvals, procurement, and compliance.
Supervise the admin team and coordinate with the accounting team to ensure smooth operations.
Establish and enhance policies and procedures to optimize workflows.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, including company registrations, renewals, and governmental approvals.
Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and procurement processes, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality standards.
Human Resources:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.
Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, visa processes, and PRO-related tasks.
Drive employee engagement, training, and development initiatives.
Implement and monitor HR policies, payroll, and benefits administration in coordination with the accounting team.
Leadership & Strategy:
Provide leadership and guidance to the admin team, ensuring productivity and efficiency.
Collaborate with senior management to drive organizational growth and improve HR & admin functions.
Act as a key point of contact for external stakeholders, including government entities, legal advisors, and consultants.
Lead crisis management and business continuity planning.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 10 years of experience in administration and HR, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in Dubai.
Experience in real estate development or a related industry is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa processes, and government regulations.
Proven track record in managing HR, procurement, and PRO functions.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks, work under pressure, and drive efficiency.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
