Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site leadership position based in Yakkala, Sri Lanka.
As the Head of Strategic Execution & Administration, you will be responsible for ensuring that organizational strategy is successfully executed across all companies within Alpha Management Group.
You will work directly with the CEO and senior management to establish systems, drive accountability, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, monitor organizational performance, and ensure that key decisions are implemented effectively.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Leading strategic and operational execution across multiple business units.
• Building and improving administrative systems, SOPs, and governance frameworks.
• Coordinating projects and ensuring timely execution.
• Driving accountability across department heads and management teams.
• Monitoring KPIs, organizational performance, and project milestones.
• Overseeing recruitment coordination, procurement administration, facilities, and operational support functions.
• Coordinating with government authorities, consultants, and external stakeholders where required.
• Preparing executive reports and facilitating management review meetings.
• Supporting business growth, expansion projects, and continuous organizational improvement.
Qualifications
We're looking for a leader who has successfully built systems and delivered organizational results.
Preferred qualifications include:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, Healthcare Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of leadership experience in administration, operations, strategic execution, or organizational management.
• Experience leading multiple departments or cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Demonstrated ability to implement systems, improve processes, and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities.
• High level of integrity, accountability, and ownership.
Candidates from healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing, FMCG, logistics, aviation, banking, telecommunications, or other large service organizations are encouraged to apply.
Healthcare experience is an advantage, but not essential.
