Position: Health Unit Clerk (NHRMC Only)
Novant Health – Â [Medical Office / Unit Secretary] As a Health Unit Clerk at Novant Health, you’ll:
Be responsible for customer relations at initial and ongoing contact with patients, their families, visitors, physicians, and other customers;
Provide a variety of clerical duties associated with daily operations on the nursing unit;
Actively participate in all aspects of the rehabilitation process as a member of the
interdisciplinary
team;
Support LEAN activities and adapt to changing environment to meet patient and department needs;
Advocate for NHRMC, department, patients, and coworkers.
