The Tribunal Office Coordinator plays a crucial role in facilitating hearings for the Law Society of Alberta. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills to manage hearing logistics and support adjudicators effectively. Key responsibilities include coordinating hearing activities, providing live support during proceedings, and managing departmental budgeting and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate hearing schedules, logistics, and correspondence

• Attend and support hearings with document sharing and technology

• Maintain and update adjudicator directory and support recruitment

• Process invoices and expense claims for adjudicators

• Prepare departmental budgets and reports as needed
Requirements:

• Over 5 years of progressive administrative experience

• Legal or Administrative Assistant Diploma preferred

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools

• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills

• Ability to work collaboratively and handle confidential matters
