RCI | JR104217 Salesforce Administrative Support Specialist (Haulbrooke)

 

Responsibilities: 

Salesforce Case Management

  • Monitor incoming Salesforce cases (task emails)
  • Allocate and delegate cases to the correct internal departments using provided decision guides
  • Ensure accurate case categorization, routing, and documentation
  • Maintain timely handling of incoming requests

Salesforce Reporting (LEED Reports)

  • Generate LEED reports for customers using Salesforce
  • Monthly reporting using a provided list of addresses
  • Ad-hoc report generation throughout the month upon request
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency in all reports

Administrative Support

  • Locate, download, and distribute documents such as:
  • Invoice copies
  • Excel reports
  • Salesforce-generated files
  • Email documents to internal team members as requested
  • Support general administrative and operational tasks across departments
  • Assist with data organization and internal recordkeeping

 

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or any related field
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Salesforce administration, CRM support, or related roles
  • Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.  
  • Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.  
  • Industry-Specific Knowledge:
  • Salesforce proficiency (intermediate or higher – required)
  • Comfortable navigating Salesforce independently
  • Experience with case management, reporting, and record updates
  • Comfortable and efficient on the phone, including handling calls in the background of their admin work

Role details:

  • Salary: PHP 40,000
