What we are looking for:

Registered nurse, or hold a undergraduate or graduate degree in related field.

Experience in health service administration, with at least 3 years of supervisory or administrative experience in home care or home health.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills

Demonstrated knowledge of the regulatory requirements at the state, federal, and local level

Demonstrated knowledge of business management

What you will be doing:

Identify and implement the organizational structure

Responsible for all day-to-day operations

Provide leadership in the development of strategic long-range plans

Provides direction in formulating the programs and policies

Oversee the Agency’s Quality Assurance Performance Improvement (QAPI) program

Salary Range:

$45,000 to $60,000 Base Salary
