What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Support in the preparation and processing of financial reporting and documents, including expense reports
  • Generate and analyze financial reports for internal use
  • Assist with audits by gathering necessary records and documentation
  • Safeguard the privacy and confidentiality of internal operations and financial information
  • Collaborate with key Home Office partners and engage closely with the Home Delivery Senior Leadership team

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • 2+ years of professional experience supporting leadership and teams in a luxury-focused environment; background in Finance or Accounting is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs), and Apple technology
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience in financial analysis and reporting in a luxury retail or service environment
  • Familiarity with auditing processes and documentation management
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and complex formulas
