Hospitality Concierge Associate – Receptionist / Client Conference Services Specialist (Legal / Law Firm)

Major international law firm is looking to hire a Hospitality Concierge Associate / Receptionist / Client Conference Services Specialist who is highly polished, professional and articulate. In this role, the employee will be responsible for handling firm reception and concierge functions, providing five-star customer service and client and conference services support to the firm and their clients.

Responsibilities include:

Meet and greet firm visitors.

Escort visitors to their meetings.

Assist with firmwide hospitality and concierge services.

Support food and beverage services.

Manage meeting set-ups.

Coordinate client services and conference services bookings.

Handle scheduling and setup for events.
