We are an established, private general dental practice looking for an EXPERIENCED dental front office coordinator with exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Office hours are : Mon, Wed and Thur 7:30 am-5:00 pm, Tue 9:00 am- 4:00 pm
Duties- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for patients- Collect and update patient information in the electronic medical records system (Dentrix)- Verify insurance coverage and process insurance claims- Assist with billing and payment processing- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area- Coordinate with dental hygienist and dentist to ensure smooth patient flow- Handle patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 – $26.00 per hour
