Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain office environment, manage equipment, and handle document/parcel delivery and receipt to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Liaise with headquarters to coordinate office operations, staff accommodation, and fixed asset management; responsible for procurement, distribution, inventory checks, and record maintenance of office supplies and employee benefits
  • Coordinate with property management and vendors to handle daily maintenance and emergency issues, ensuring a safe and stable workplace
  • Assist with administrative contracts, including signing, renewal, filing, and payment processing; complete monthly expense reconciliation and reimbursements
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding procedures; manage meeting rooms, assist with equipment setup, and provide support for internal/external meetings and visitor reception
  • Assist in organizing company events such as holiday celebrations, town halls, and team-building activities to foster a positive work environment
  • Complete other HR & administrative support tasks and cross-functional coordination as assigned

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in office administration, office assistant, or similar roles
  • Outgoing, energetic personality with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to bring positive energy to the workplace
  • Excellent communication skills; fluent in English and Chinese; additional regional languages are a plus
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks
  • Strong team player with a collaborative mindset and willingness to support different teams and departments
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to handle ad hoc tasks and shifting priorities
