Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR and Admin Executive with expertise in payroll administration and a strong understanding of employment laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will excel in both human resources and administrative functions, demonstrating proficiency in managing payroll processes while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Human Resources:

Coordinate recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.

Facilitate new employee onboarding processes, ensuring completion of necessary documentation and orientation programs.

Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, attendance, and leave records.

Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs and support employee relations initiatives.

Stay updated on changes in employment laws and regulations, providing guidance to management and employees as needed.

2.Payroll Administration:

Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.

Calculate employee wages, bonuses, deductions, and taxes, including CPF contributions and statutory payments.

Reconcile payroll transactions and address discrepancies to ensure accuracy in payroll processing.

Prepare payroll reports and submissions to government agencies, such as CPF contributions and tax filings.

Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters, providing timely and accurate assistance.

3.Administrative Support:

Manage office operations, including procurement of supplies, maintenance of equipment, and facilities management.

Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.

Provide general administrative support to team members and management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience in HR and administrative roles, with a focus on payroll administration.

Strong knowledge of Malaysia employment laws and regulations, including the Employment Act.

Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office applications.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling payroll data.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
