CSB Group, est. 1987 offers its clients a broad spectrum of specialised Business & Commercial Services. As part of the growth in our client services portfolio, we are seeking to recruit an ambitious and driven Human Resources Administrator to join a team of experienced and dedicated professionals.

As part of the growth in our HR department, we are seeking to recruit an HR Administrator to join a team of experienced and dedicated professionals. The chosen candidate would report to the HR Manager. The ideal candidate would be self-driven and able to manage his/her own work load whilst eager to learn and develop in this field.

Duties include but are not limited to: 

Provide clerical support to the HR department;

Assist Line Managers and the HR Manager with the recruitment process;

Assist in the drafting of contracts and coordinating the engagement and termination process of employees;

Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR files, records and documents with integrity and confidentiality;

Submit employee information to the relevant authorities and departments;

Liaise with the payroll team to ensure that any updates reach them in time for the monthly payroll;

Take charge of the induction process for new employees and assist in ongoing training;

Assist the HR Manager on any employee complaints and provide support to resolve conflicts;

Assist with performance management process;

Assist the HR Manager with the planning and execution of events;

Performs other duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements: 

A minimum A’ Level standard of education;

 A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role;

Knowledge of the Maltese Employment law and experience in liaising with Maltese entities will be preferred;

Excellent communication skills, assertive with impeccable fluency in written and spoken English;

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with professionalism;

Excellent organisational and time management skills;

An eye-for-detail and able to work autonomously;

Work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines;

Highly computer literate with MS Office Suite.
