JOB SUMMARY

  • Provide strategic and operational support to the Country Head in managing all Human Resources and Administrative functions of the local entity.
  • Ensure alignment of local operations with ASUS Headquarters’ policies and full compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR and administrative policies, systems, and procedures.
  • Drive operational excellence to support organizational growth and efficiency.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee and coordinate legal, compliance, and administrative matters with ASUS Headquarters and external stakeholders in line with company strategy and objectives.
  • Manage the full spectrum of HR and administrative functions, including:

○ Talent management

○ Office administration

○ Facilities and maintenance management

○ Procurement, tendering, and contractor/vendor management

  • Supervise daily office operations to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and seamless cross-functional collaboration.
  • Maintain strong alignment and communication with ASUS Headquarters while fostering a high-performance, collaborative work environment.
  • Support the Country Head in optimizing office operations and enhancing administrative processes.
  • Ensure all HR and administrative practices comply with company policies and local labor regulations.
  • Recommend and implement initiatives to improve operational performance and uphold company standards.
  • Lead or participate in special projects and assignments as required by management or ASUS Headquarters.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • At least ten (10) years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a minimum of several years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Experience handling HR operations for organizations with approximately 70–100 employees.
  • Proven experience working in a multinational company; background in a Tier 1 IT company is highly preferred.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills with a detail-oriented and results-driven approach.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Mature, professional, and able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Comfortable working within the IT industry and supporting diverse teams.
  • Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City.
