About the Client
We are representing a listed education group in Hong Kong. With their ongoing expansion, they are now seeking an HR & Admin Manager to oversee full‑spectrum HR functions and office operations. This position will report to the Head of the Hong Kong office and work closely with China HQ.
About the Role
- Handle the company's HR functions in Hong Kong, including recruitment, employee payroll and benefits, insurance, and related tasks.
- Oversee daily office administration, including office environment management, equipment maintenance, procurement of office supplies, and vendor management.
- Organize and coordinate company meetings, events, and reception arrangements.
- Maintain and coordinate external relations, and support external affairs for the Hong Kong office.
- Manage company expenses, handle company documents, contract filing, and ensure compliance matters are properly executed.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the Head of Hong Kong office.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree or above from a recognised full‑time program; majors in Business, Finance, Human Resources, Administration, or related fields preferred.
- At least 4 years of HR & administrative management experience, with solid knowledge of Hong Kong labour laws, MPF, and insurance practices.
- Strong sense of responsibility, detail‑oriented, with strong communication, coordination, problem‑solving skills, and service mindset.
- Able to use Mandarin and English as working languages.
- Strong in computing skills and any related software
