Job Description:

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of implementation of the human resources strategy, activities and directions in consultation with senior management, take the responsibilities of the human resources functions in the company, and represent the company internally and externally in matters related to human resources and manage activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, development and talent management.

Responsibilities:

1. Leads the human resources department, directs implementation of the company's human resources strategy, and provides guidance and instructions.

2. Represents the company externally in the matters related to human resources.

3. Develops and implements human resource initiatives that are in line with the overall business strategy.

4. Provides the company's human competence needs, and directs the development of internal competencies, and employ external competencies.

5. Implements human resource strategies, goals, and standards in line with the company's general strategy and goals.

6. Promotes and encourages participation and communication between employees and higher levels and open the door for them to submit suggestions.

7. Monitors the performance of the Human Resources Department and its employees, and ensures adequate training for employees, addresses deficiencies in operations and performance and submit performance reports to the VP Corporate Services.

8. Manages government relations related to employees and ensures their compliance with the legal regulations and their implement and manages everything related to them.

9. Manages salaries and end of services for employees, vacations, business trips, and everything related to wages and benefits.

10. Manages the recruitment process, the internal and external selection, the preparation of new employees and all the procedures that are related to it.

11. Manages employees services in general and all the procedures that are related to them.

12. Manage and supervise the performance appraisal system that is reflected in the employee

record.

13. Evaluates training needs to implement and monitor training programs.

Ensures that all HR department procedures are applied in a legal way.

14. Creates a positive work environment and develops positive support methods.

15. Monitors work turnover rates and analyzes the causes of work turnover.

Qualifications:

1- Bachelor degree and above of Business Administration, Business management or equivalent

2- He has one of the courses ( HR KPIs, CIPD, HRCI )

3- 5 years of experience at least as Manager.
