We are seeking a hands-on HR & Administration Manager to lead HR operations, office administration, and local business support for our growing international team in Uzbekistan.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, employee relations, HR compliance, and policy implementation.

• Coordinate payroll, compensation & benefits administration, and maintain accurate HR records.

• Oversee office administration, vendor management, facilities, travel arrangements, and local operational support.

• Support budgeting, operational expenses, vendor payments, and internal administrative processes.

• Build and improve HR and operational processes to support a growing organization.

• Partner with local and global stakeholders to drive a positive employee experience and efficient business operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience as an HR Manager, HR Generalist, or HR Operations professional.

• Strong understanding of HR operations, employee relations, administration, and local compliance.

• Prior expatriate exposure in Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, or Kyrgyzstan (1+ year preferred).

• Strong English communication skills.

• Experience in Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, or Talent Acquisition is a strong advantage.

• Experience in startup, tech, iGaming, or fast-paced international environments is highly preferred.
