HR Administrative Assistant – Primoris Energy Services Jobs in Houston, TX at Primoris Energy Services Corp

Front office receptionist/medical assistant will be responsible for check in and out responsibilities: Answer phones, collect payments, and balance daily transactions. Providing patient financial options for balances. Enter insurance and patient demographics into EMR, scanning documents into EMR. Consent and schedule patients for procedures. Distribute mail/faxes. Provide HIPAA info to patients, enroll patients in portal. Turn lines over in the morning and afternoon. Correspond to referring provider offices. Overall understanding of Insurance Companies and authorizations. Knowledge of obtaining procedure authorizations from Insurance Companies. Ability to help nursing staff with basic triage of patients, and procedure day pre/post-operative duties. Other job responsibility assigned by supervisor. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
