Job

We are looking for HR Administrator, Payroll Specialist. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity in Plano, TX (Hybrid).

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5-10 years of progressive HR experience.

Experience with

Paylocity is important.

Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and

communication skills

with all levels of the organization are required.

Computer knowledge and skills, i.e., MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Ability to

manage numerous projects and meet deadlines as required.

This position will report to the Senior HR Manager.

The candidate must be well-organized and possess strong

communication skills

.

Basic understanding of accounting and finance reports/principles.

Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant, or relevant role.

Experience with

Payroll software such as Paylocity.

Knowledge of labor laws in CA, TX, and PA.

Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects.

Strong phone, email, and in-person

communication skills

.

Responsibilities:

Maintaining personnel records.

Managing HR documents (e.g. employment records and onboarding guides).

Updating internal databases.

Experience with

HR procedures and can juggle various administrative tasks promptly.

Ensure the HR department supports employees while conforming to labor laws in CA, TX, and PA.

Organize and maintain personnel records.

Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave).

Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides.

Revise company policies.

Liaise with external partners, and vendors, and ensure

legal compliance

.

Answer employee’s queries about HR-related issues.

Assist with payroll (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days, and work schedules).

Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms.
